Over 25 years Tom Wood has built up an enviable reputation as an artist of great skill and originality. His paintings have been exhibited in galleries throughout the world.
The most recently celebrated portraits of Professor Lord Robert Windsor and Alan Bennet were on display at the Australian National Portrait Gallery, Canberra. He has shown his work in solo exhibitions at various international locations. Commissions include portraits for HRH Princess of Wales, Yale University and National Trust, The Universities of Warwick, Lancaster, and Birmingham, The Harwood Trust, and Barlaston Hall.
A versatile artist and experienced teacher, Tom is a fellow lecturer of Sheffield University and visiting Professor of Fine Art at Leeds University.
